Much better!

Planned: 4 miles
Actual: 4.5 miles

Today's run was a testament to the power of proper nutrition. I ate right yesterday, and didn't load up on things at the end of the day (peanut butter, broccoli) that wouldn't sit right. And voila, this morning's run was much better than yesterday's! I felt strong (once I woke up after the first half mile or so) and no stomach cramps. Ah, success!

Ugh - stomach cramps while running! That's the worst feeling. Yet another reason to use a treadmill right next to a bathroom.

Glad your run today was better! I had a very similar experience to you - yesterday was yuck (I ran one mile and ended up walking 3 due to T.O.M. issues), so today I was determined to be more successful. I set the alarm for 4:30 am (I run better when it's dark and I'm half asleep) and pounded out 10 miles before 6:00! Ah, much better.

Yay for a successful run! You amaze me with your mileage. I am such a slacker. And that cracks me up that you run better when you're half asleep. :)

Oh and PS, I am totally jealous that you can run 10 miles in 90 minutes!
